Sustainability

Committed to environmental excellence through innovative practices and comprehensive compliance.

Our Approach

Integrating sustainable practices across all operations to minimize environmental impact.

futuristic-representation-water-structure.jpg

Zero Liquid Discharge

Advanced water treatment and recycling systems ensuring no liquid waste discharge into the environment.

representation-ecology-sustainability.jpg

Energy Efficiency

Optimized processes and bagasse-based cogeneration reducing carbon footprint and fossil fuel dependency.

sustainable-travel-concept.jpg

Waste-to-Energy

Converting agricultural waste into renewable energy, contributing to circular economy principles.

Renewable Energy Generation

Bagasse-based Cogeneration Plant

Implementation of a new cogeneration plant utilizing bagasse, a fibrous byproduct of sugar production, to generate electricity and steam. This initiative significantly reduces the factory's reliance on fossil fuels, lowers operational costs, and contributes to a circular economy by valorizing waste.

Water Management

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) System

Implementation of a Zero Liquid Discharge system to treat and recycle all wastewater generated, eliminating liquid waste discharge and conserving water resources.

Effluent Treatment Plant - 1500 KLD

Advanced water treatment technology designed to treat effluent at 1500 KLD capacity with comprehensive biological and physical treatment processes.

Plant Capacity

The ETP has been designed to treat effluent generated at a flow rate of 1500 KLD.

This ETP plant consists of preliminary treatment followed by biological treatment which comprises of AVR-HDF, later followed by aeration tank and secondary clarifier, further the effluent is passed through filters i.e. MGF.
