As Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Promoter of Hermes Distillery Private Limited, Amit Kore has spearheaded the creation of one of India's most advanced distillery infrastructures. Under his leadership, the enterprise established a cutting-edge facility with:

700 KLPD capacity for Extra Neutral Alcohol
216 KLPD of liquor production
27 MW power generation unit

In a move that demonstrated both ambition and foresight, he introduced Tomsa Destil - a century-old Spanish distillation technology - to India for the first time, setting new benchmarks in production efficiency and quality within the sector.

Beyond scale, his approach emphasizes sustainability. Renewable energy integration and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices remain central to the company's operational philosophy.
